The Company This company uses information technology to connect people, data and systems to improve the quality of services The Role As the Change Manager / Change Analyst you will be creating sustainable organisational change through the delivery of major change programs. You will implement the change management program to support organisational and project deliverables for the infrastructure rollouts. Your Responsibilities Design and deliver Change Communications Implementation stakeholder engagement program Organisational Impact Management Program Identify and complete Training needs analysis and management Transition Management Develop and deliver change programs to support deployments from the pilot site implementation and subsequent roll-outs Engage stakeholders to support transition activities and tasks Monitor and evaluate the progress of the Change Your Experience You will be an experienced Change Manager or Change Analyst with around 5 years' experience Very experienced in organisational change activities Experienced in complex IT Program environments specifically Infrastructure projects Experienced working on IT rollouts and implementations Strong customer service skills to engage stakeholders You will be charismatic with strong negotiation skills, and a track record of successfully managing challenging, highly visible projects within a complex organisation.
