We're is looking for someone to bang the digital marketing drum, attracting the right members to Part&Parcel. We want you to turn our brand supporters into customers and our customers into advocates. Working with innovative Aust organic brands, you'll have a keen design eye with sound communication skills & a curiosity for health and wellness.

RESPONSIBILITIES Setting goals and implementing strategies that will increase brand awareness, increase engagement and drive membership.  How? Target market research – discovering the 'who' as in, 'who is interested in this service?' Seeking out the why – 'why do people like to shop organic?' 'Why do people shop online?' 'Why do they shop with Part&Parcel?' Implement Clear and Concise Coimmunications around Membership, Products and Brand Benefits, via: Website design - develop visually engaging creative / tiles that explain value of membership, products, brand etc Website content - create copy that unpacks membership benefits / brands / product etc Develop strategies for influencers and brand advocates across social media platforms (creation only) Develop strategic partnerships with like-minded brands.  Social Media - Develop Innovative Social Strategies: Assist in ad messaging concept  Assist in designs concept A|B testing creative strategies.

  Email: Produce weekly eDM’s Email marketing copywriting is key Split testing eDM's Create email marketing funnels to encourage to encourage member to sign ups or re-engagement in the site for example.     Blogs: Blogging strategy – this might include sourcing recipes or writing about the latest health trend Writing product and brand descriptions.    ABOUT YOU: Passionate about design.

  Passionate about health and wellness.  Loves to create content.  Interested in product price points.

  An astute understanding of the digital space and an interest in social media and influencers. Able to plan and execute autonomously. Familiar With: Canva Adobe software - mainly ‘InDesign’ & ‘Photoshop’ - it's key that you have a good design eye   Facebook / Instagram ad networks.

     Pinterest.  Nice to Have but Not Essential: Knowledge of email marketing software, preferably Klaviyo. Survey Monkey  Basic understanding of Shopify.
