Radio Engineer

They are currently looking forward to hire Radio Engineer Purpose Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in RAN environment.

Able to work independently with the responsibility for solving customer escalated issues and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves proactively demanding technical problems and communicates them to key stakeholders. Requires minimum supervision, Customer Focused and responsible to drive for the fulfillment of case handling & SW upgrade KPIs within the customer network with highest quality Expected to work in customer lab testing new HW/SW and responsible for the entire delivery which includes follow up with customer, TSE and R&D specialists.

Both Individual and Team Contributor, performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet project deliverables. Willingness to deliver training, knowledge transfer and coach/guide colleagues or customer as needed. Carries out root cause analysis in more complex e2e problems and able to determine end user and customer impact.

Thorough RAN e2e knowledge, system theory and Nokia solution understanding. Solid experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark, Megamon, Megaplexer,) and Internal Message Monitoring Experience as RAN NI Engineer, OSS integration interface knowledge and integration experience with multi-vendor Core is essential. Provides technical support/advanced troubleshooting Ability to develop new methods/solutions to meet the project requirement.

Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation. Champions ideas, and initiatives within projects, keeping others engaged and driving implementation. Provide expert input for network impact assessment for Software/configuration changes on services, KPI and developing a reporting/test regime to mitigate exposure Support implementation activities included are configuration changes, software and hardware upgrades, software updates, new feature functionality.

Review, coordinate implementation activities procured from vendors or third parties and ensure implementation is in accordance with detailed designs and project timeframes Participation in Project teams to assess and mitigate Software/Design/Configuration changes in the Core Network. Develop/Support and execute procedures, test plans and test cases. Support testing and implementation of network configuration changes in accordance with detailed designs Support implementation of software and hardware upgrades in project timeframes Develop or review implementation and fallback procedures.
