Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of staffing services, maintenance and facility management services. Our client, an Australian owned independent company who is an expert in transport and logistics services, are growing and is seeking for an experienced Fleet Controller. As a Full Time opportunity, you will require a great deal of understanding and knowledge of the Transport Industry and Taxi Truck services.
Duties and responsibilities involved but not limited to: Coordinating local pickups and deliveries First point of contact for all drivers Ensure high level of efficiency is achieved for all fleet movements Ensuring WHS and relevant transportation Acts and Regulations are adhered to Provide excellent customer service Provide excellent written and verbal communications Working and meeting deadlines To be successful you must have: Proven experience in Fleet Management Proven experience in Transport allocation for same day delivery/pickup services Taxi Trucks knowledge and experience T-Plus Transport Management System Experience desirable Excellent understanding of Metropolitan Melbourne geographical locations Ability to route loads effectively Strong problem-solving skills The ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate computer skills Excellent writing and verbal communication Skills Ability to work autonomously and in a Small Team environment Self- motivated A positive attitude and excellent work ethic If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, you can contact the Notting Hill Branch on 1300 241 533, quoting reference number 203473336, to have a confidential chat about your career or click on the APPLY NOW link to submit your application.
