About the role Known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager – Tewantin Lending HUB, the successful candidate will be responsible for the success of our customers, via the provision of relevant products and services, that truly meet their financial and wealth needs. The successful candidate will play an integral part in driving loan submissions & lending growth, via validation of supporting documents, whilst processing, and assessing loans. Our Community Bank Board has a strong vision of growth moving forward.

Our new operating model sees many loan submissions, from multiple Lender’s & Business Development Managers, across four branch locations, working through to the Credit Team via our Lending HUB. The HUB is already supported by existing Bendigo Staff and is successfully piloting a new model with a view to increased Lending Volume and Loan Book Growth. The successful candidate will be adding to our existing team.

Customer Relationship Manager within our newly created Lending HUB in Tewantin is somewhat different. We need someone who understands the customer’s needs, understands the lender’s needs, is confident to deal with our credit team, and enjoys a clear process. We need someone who is confident in managing multiple loan files and has a clear eye for detail / lending policy.

This position is located at Tewantin on the Sunshine Coast . The role is full-time . The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.

The position will report directly to the Senior Manager who runs the operations for the Community Bank – Tewantin, Cooroy, Marcoola & Pomona. About you Ideally you will: Have experience in Consumer Lending and assessing customer loan files at a high volume. Hold current Lending and Insurance accreditations.

Drive business growth through the delivery of credit outcomes from Approval to Settlement. Have a demonstrated history of validating supporting documents & attention to detail regarding Lending Policy. Demonstrate highly developed time management skills.

Display the people skills to work with both our lenders and our Credit Team via phone & email. Display the willingness to coach and provide feedback to Lenders as required. But also, the willingness to be mentored by a highly experienced Consumer Lending Team.
