Job Description The Role Reporting into the Service Manager and based in Townsville, the Customer Account Manager will be responsible for key account management and leading a team of Technicians.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have experience in a similar role. They will also have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast growing business. The Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities will include: Providing overall direction and management of the team, including key account management Manage, maintain, develop and build ongoing relationships with existing customers Develop new business opportunities with new customers Completely understand the VAE Group service offering to be able to sell to customer needs, and to engage with the relevant VAE Group team.
Providing field assistance where operation/customer liaison is required Support the preparation of tender documents and quotations in order to secure service contracts Ensure service agreements with projects coming out of the warranty maintenance/DLP period are secured Oversee client invoicing activities and maintain acceptable work in progress standards Supervise field staff activities, program workload in conjunction with ad....
