We are looking for a full time cook who is both qualified in experience and culinary certi??cate. The applicant must have at least 3 years highly relevant work experience and at least a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, therefore good communication skills and teamwork are essential.
Your duties as a cook: To prepare raw materials and cook various dishes; To steam, stir-fry, deep fry ingredients and assemble them to meet customer’s culinary orders; To prepare bulk meat, vegetables, rice, noodles, and soup to stock fridges in advance before the arrival of customers; To check stock level regularly and place orders with suppliers; To clean food preparation areas in accordance with the food and safety hygiene guidelines of the Health Department of WA; To make adjustments to dishes for customers with special dietary needs; To maintain cooking facilities; To supervise kitchen hands and assist in training; To deliver orders effciently in the shortest amount of time..
