Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit Data Analysts with relevant consulting and communication skills.

If you are already working in a consultancy role, or have excellent client-facing skills gained within large organizations, we would like to discuss our consultant opportunities with you. Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: Understanding business problem and perform required data analysis Analyse dataset and acquire required data Design and build solution to meet program objectives Utilise tools and practices to build, verify and deploy solutions in most efficient ways Integrate with other disparate data systems as required Production deployment/run and support Payment runs Provide ongoing support to platform as required Contribute to best practices, quality and documentation Let's talk about your qualifications and experience: Mandatory skills: Experience working on banking products dataset (credit card, saving/term deposits, retail/home lending, business lending) Power user level to consume data in Hadoop tech, Oracle and Teradata Hands on knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation (e.g.

PL/SQL, PySprak, Hive, Impala and other scripting tools) Proven ability to work with large data sets ( 10s of TB) Having strong experience in Data Analysis/Profiling, and Data Modelling Ability to effectively communicate and present to all stakeholders (translate technical into non-technical and vice versa) Nice to have: Able to define, plan and execute testing of data (preferred on Big Data Platform like Hadoop, Spark) Analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously improve the level of insight surfaced Strong ability to perform statistical and forensi.
