Opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join an established business with a dynamic work culture THE COMPANY Our client is a long-established Home Builder based in the Ryde/Macquarie Park Area who is looking to fill a role within their Customer Service Team. Have you always been interested in property and would love to work within the industry? The position has become available due to growth within the business and its plan to expand its operations. Work within their stunning offices with views of the City and be supported by a dynamic and supportive Team.
THE POSITION The role consists of providing excellent customer service within a contact centre environment; making and answering calls while creating a memorable and lasting great impression. Playing a key role as the first point of contact for many potential customers, you are tasked with qualifying the Candidates and ensuring the best quality leads are passed to the Sales Consultants. This may consist of accurately capturing customer details into the system or booking appointments, also managing customers enquiries and requests for information, this service will be provided via phone and email.
