Here at Henderson Healthcare, we offer specialist consultants in the field of Healthcare to assist you in finding your next dream job Apply NOW for competitive salaries and a supportive workplace Our client is looking for a great Aged Care Coordinator to join their teams as soon as possible Offering Permanent Full Time or 6 Months Temp Contract Great Location – Kimberley Health Region Relocation assistance available RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and mentoring for staff members Help recruitment, induction and orientation of staff Undertake thorough consumer assessments & care planning Rostering of teams members ensuring that consumers have the proper care Assist staff training at a level that meets service requirements ABOUT YOU: Degree in Disability, Aged Care, Nursing or related fields Experience of working with frail elderly, people with culturally and diverse backgrounds and understanding of issues facing people with multiple and complex issues.
Experience in coordination and delivery of quality aged care in a community setting. Experience with rostering and supervising staff & being an active leader to staff members. Current driving license.
