The award-winning Financial Planning division is going through an exciting stage of growth and now requires an enthusiastic Junior Client Service Administrator to join their vibrant and professional team. Reporting to the Client Service Manager and Financial Planning Director, you will assist the team in providing a range of services and products to their varied client portfolio.

This role would suit an entry level / junior Client Service Administrator with 1-2 years’ experience gained within a professional services environment (ideally financial planning). Skills, experience and attributes required: Some experience in a Client Service Administration role, preferably within a financial planning organisation Familiarity with Financial Planning software, preferably X-Plan or willing to learn Have an understanding of compliance legislation Be a confident communicator with an excellent phone manner and friendly, outgoing personality Be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Have exceptional time management skills and attention to detail Be organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise This is a fantastic opportunity for those individuals wishing to commence a career in financial planning and learn from the very best You will be joining a team of passionate, financial planning professionals and a firm that is willing to invest in your training.
