Their HR software is unique, intuitive, and smart. Hibob has picked up $70m in a Series B - led by SEEK and Israel Growth Partners, with participation also from Bessemer Venture Partners, Battery Ventures, Eight Roads Ventures, Arbor Ventures, Presidio Ventures, Entree Capital, Cerca Partners, and Perpetual Partners, the same group that also backed Hibob in its last round (a Series A extension) in 2019.
Working as a BDR at Hibob you will play an important part in the growth of the organization as we expand and scale. Through collaboration with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, you will build the top end of the revenue funnel by prospecting and communicating with potential customers every day. Working remotely in this position you will have the freedom to think outside the box, to be creative and curious, a natural people person fearless in building relationships and a new business pipeline.
What you will do? The Business Development Representative ( BDR ) works with inbound and outbound demand generation activities to uncover and craft new opportunities which result in closed business Work closely with the sales and marketing team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend reach into target accounts Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines Pursue high-level conversations with senior executives and provide a clear value proposition describing bob product Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Salesforce Demonstrate passion and ability to succeed What should you have? 2 years’ experience in lead generation or outbound sales Experience working for a SaaS organization will be highly regarded A passionate people-person who can easily build rapport An enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills A strong problem solver who thinks creatively Hold yourself to a high level of work ethic and integrity Experience working with tech platforms such as: Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech related platforms What’s on offer? bob - the HCM and people engagement platform, has been named in the CB Insights FinTech 250 for the first time.
