About the Gig This is an exciting time for the Red Rooster brand as we continue our transformation to ensure that we stay relevant within the category and wider Australian culture.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will own and drive the digital strategy and execution for the brand across the customer lifecycle. Thinking strategically, you will create inspiring digital campaigns to deliver an outstanding experience across all touchpoints with our brand. In this role, you will own and manage digital communication across all channels including CRM, ecommerce, and social media.
While focusing on sales strategy to deliver sales performance across digital channels, you will work on prioritisation and optimisation of customer journeys across the digital ecosystem including brand site, online ordering, kiosks, click and collect channels. Responsible for managing social agency and working closely with media agency to plan and deliver campaigns across channels (search, programmatic, youtube, social, etc) We are passionate about customer loyalty and we want you to take the ownership of managing our brand loyalty program in partnership with the Digital Team. You will drive the loyalty culture across key brand stakeholders to ensure that key loyalty initiatives are executed to improve customer acquisition, retention and growth.
Working closely with marketing and brand managers to deliver and support campaigns successfully across digital touchpoints on a daily basis will be critical to success. Focusing on analytics, you will identify trends and insights and continue to work on optimising all digital channels to achieve best possible performance. By making data-driven recommendations for optimisation for future marketing campaigns will ensure that we strive for excellence with our strategies.
