They are currently looking for a customer centric experienced Commercial Strata Management, preferably with some facilities management experience to oversee upgrades and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities will include: Managing a purely Commercial portfolio made up of four strata titles, you will be responsible for; Maintaining solid relationships with all stakeholders including Council of Owners and Contractors Schedule & chair meetings, AGM's, extraordinary and Council Organise and co-ordinate maintenance/repairs of common property, including a preventative maintenance program Prepare and provide financial reports The successful candidate will have: A thorough understanding of the Strata Tiles Act Exceptional communication skills with a strong client focus and the ability to resolve conflict where necessary. Solutions focused with some experience around facilities management would be ideal A proactive and professional approach with a passion for building relationships.

Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong problem solving and strategic thinking in high-pressure environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated confident and outgoing individual with previous experience in Commercial Strata Management, to work autonomously across a well managed portfolio.
