Longreach Recruitment are privileged to be exclusively partnering with Primewest in their quest to secure an experienced Capital Transactions Analyst to support the Chief Investment Officer and Capital Transaction team in their head office based in Perth, in a time of significant growth in their investment portfolio. The key accountabilities in the role will include: Building financial models to analyse investment and development opportunities.
Conduct due diligence and research market conditions including location assessment, rent comparables, sales comparable and replacement costs. Gaining a full understanding of all the underwriting assumptions and testing these to optimise returns. Liaise with Capital Partners and investors to assist with financial underwrites.
Preparation of Institutional Investment Committee documents and Capital Raising and Investment documents. Deal administration and assisting the acquisition and sales process as required. Identifying key market trends and assessing market conditions.
Provide market research support to investment / asset management activities. Assisting when required on Asset Management and Development matters including strategic asset or development plans, undertaking lease analysis, internal valuations and budgeting. To be a successful candidate, you will have: Desire and ability to relocate to Perth, WA.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in property or finance industry. Proven skills in financial modelling and property valuation using Excel and Forbury. Experience in all the following: valuation, investment analysis, presentation preparation, research, underwriting and co-ordination of due diligence.
Superior understanding of real estate investment feasibilities, including DCFs, development feasibilities and be able to produce a financial excel models, if required. Superior quantitative analytical and numerical ability with advanced Excel skills. Committed to high standards with a focus on attention to detail.
