This role encompasses both reception and accounts administration . You will work closely with the broader team assisting with duties that include the following: Accounts Administration - support to the wider accounts team, in both accounts payable and receivable Answer all incoming calls, transfer and take messages as required. Ensure front of house and meeting rooms are clean and well presented at all times.
Meet and greet all visitors to the office, offering/preparing beverages and showing them to the appropriate meeting room. Support the Accounts team with support duties as required. Full time, permanent role.
You will be articulate, immaculately presented and happy to take on ad-hoc tasks to help the broader team. You will be able to demonstrate competency processing a high volume of invoices, ability to juggle multiple priorities and a proactive attitude.
