Executive Assistant - Real-estate

Join this Global Investment Firm based in the CBD for a rare opportunity to support a collaborative team within the real estate division. About the Company Boutique’s client is a leading global investment firm located in eye catching offices in the hub of Sydney CBD with Harbour views. This is a temp-perm opportunity starting immediately.

About the Role Your primary focus is to provide administrative support to the real estate team. This role represents an opportunity for someone to utilise their excellent time management skills to help the team achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Expense reconciliation and processing of invoices for the team Answering all telephones, acting as the gate keeper to senior level professionals Manage diaries; co-ordinate client meetings Travel and logistics management, both international and domestically for all the team, Printing of reports and documents as required & ordering business supplies including stationery, business cards, binding materials Processing of vendor invoices & Expense management for the team Arrangement of asset tours (arranging site access as well as booking ground transportation and travel arrangements/printing material) About You Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft suite: word, excel, PowerPoint (Advanced skills preferable), Outlook Accuracy and attention to detail Team player – ability to participate and contribute Fast, accurate and efficient Pro-active and able to use initiative Ability to work under pressure Experience supporting multiple & Senior Executives Strong attention to detail Advanced skills for Microsoft Office Confident, high level interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisation skills, including effective time management Ability to work with internal and external stakeholder of various levels How to Apply Click the Apply Now button or alternatively contact Raquel Anderson 0280980988 For the most up to date roles and recruitment information please add us on Facebook https://www.
