This is a newly created role and the right candidate will showcase their positive attitude across all aspects of their work, and with the greater team. You’ll be responsible for: Administration support for sales agents and the wider team Managing and conducting the on-boarding process of all staff Training new and existing staff with systems and procedures Assisting in the implementation of new systems and processes Ensuring compliance is tracked and monitored Working collaboratively with other business units Essentially you will have: Previously worked in the real estate or property industry (ideally) Highly skilled working on systems (Agent box or similar desirable) Experience tracking process and compliance of team members On-boarding, HR and/or people management skills Exceptional administration skills with high attention to detail A positive, enthusiastic approach, and a great people person What’s in it for me?
