Skills required 5 years’ experience within IT Service Management process ownership ITIL certified Process orientated Pragmatic approach Structured and organised Effective communication with all stakeholders Job Description Own the IT Service Management practice including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, Asset and Interaction Management Own the Change process and chair CAB Identifying continual service improvements within the ITSM suite Vendor management as required Assisting with Major Incident Management where necessary Validating knowledge articles and identifying knowledge gaps.
