This is an exciting role for an experience ITSM lead in a fast paced, changing environment and requires new processes and frameworks to be established IT Service Management Lead (ITSM) - $140k inc Super This is a great opportunity for an experienced ITSM lead looking to grow their career in a newly formed IT business unit of a large, growing organisation. Skills required 5 years’ experience within IT Service Management process ownership ITIL certified Process orientated Pragmatic approach Structured and organised Effective communication with all stakeholders Job Description Own the IT Service Management practice including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, Asset and Interaction Management Own the Change process and chair CAB Identifying continual service improvements within the ITSM suite Vendor management as required Assisting with Major Incident Management where necessary Validating knowledge articles and identifying knowledge gaps.
