Project Coordinator - North SydneyBIG Brand Influence Group
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in driving our team to greater success in the event, sales and retail environment. Due to our fast-growing environment, Brand Influence Group (BIG) is looking for an individual to work with our internal and external key stakeholders, the Project Coordinator will assist with reviewing and refining our operational processes to drive efficiency and productivity. You will have the ability to innovate and implement better ways of working to support the team to achieve objectives for our client.
Our client, Optus serves over 10 million customers here in Australia and has invested over $5 Billion in its telecommunications network over the last 3 years. This is our opportunity to drive brand awareness in regional Australia, whilst being based in Sydney. Some travel may be required.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for: Supporting the accounts team to meet its Events, Sales and Retail activity deadlines Preparing detailed project plans to deliver to key milestones, workflows and budgets Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques eg Monday.com Document and circulate project documentation to our stakeholders to assist in decision making and prioritisation Maintaining and managing documentation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy of reporting To be successful in this role it is critical you can demonstrate experience in: Event project management within a fast-paced, corporate environment Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Proven ability to solve problems Cross-functional stakeholder engagement Minimum 2 years experience in telecommunications across projects, events delivery and marketing is an advantage.
