Registered Nurse with significant experience with quality, compliance & ACFI required for a contract to assist a values based NFP provider. Quality & Compliance Coordinator - Melbourne - CONTRACT We require a senior Registered Nurse with extensive experience in quality, compliance and ACFI to represent this dynamic aged care organisation. This head office based appointment will require an experienced aged care professional to work closely with Facility Managers to assist with infection control, ACFI, compliance and quality improvement.
Benefits NFP organisation Start ASAP 6-month initial contract - potential to go permanent Monday - Friday Autonomous role Excellent hourly rate 15 minutes West of Melbourne CBD The Role: Quality improvement Risk & Compliance ACFI support Provide support, guidance and education of staff Analysing data and creating reports and filling gaps Continuous improvement Improve the systems and operations within the residential services. To be considered for this role: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Experience in quality auditing, gap analysis and reporting. Demonstrated knowledge of the Residential Aged Care Sector including quality standards, relevant legislation and regulatory environment Experience in service delivery and service improvement in the provision of residential aged care services Ability to work autonomously and be proactive If you meet the above criteria please apply and we will be in touch with suitable applicants.
