Gough RecruitmentOnly 120 properties to manage and Saturday work is rare - almost non existent Seeking experienced Property Managers or Assistant PM's Our client is based in one of the best streets in Melbourne's CBD and is an unusual Real Estate business, in that they focus on property management and investors, more so than sales. They are in GROWTH mode at the moment, which is fantastic, considering how many agencies have been finding it tough throughout Covid. They are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to manage a portfolio of about 120 residential properties, mostly located around Melbourne's CBD.
Saturday work is very rare in this role and it will also be advantageous if you can speak Mandarin. You will also be paid both a base salary and commissions on top of that base salary. To be considered for this new opportunity, you will have worked in Property Management before and have an Agents Representative qualification and a reliable vehicle, for the occasional trips you need to do out of the CBD.
