Your Next Role As a Process Operator, you will be the expert in operating multiple machines, while managing the production process of our manufacturing plant with a laser focus on safety. All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.

Troubleshoot any problems with the facility’s equipment and instruments to maintain safe operation. Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout the area of responsibility using pro-active practices. Use technology within the operational area to its optimum potential to achieve production levels that meet and exceed business requirements.

Location You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 2 hours drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury. About you Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.

Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Ability to work as part of a team is essential and to work autonomously when required. Depending on the role/area there will be the requirement to work varying rosters/shifts/rotating shifts.
