The Job This newly created position is suited to you as an experienced HR professional looking for a new, full-time opportunity that will offer you the career growth you crave.
You will join this law firm as its HR Manager and work alongside its existing operations and business services teams to help its young, approachable directorship continue the firm's impressive growth story. You will immediately take on responsibility for all recruitment and go on to manage the complete employee life-cycle of all staff, as well as becoming an integral part of the firm's growth plan. This role should ultimately project you in to being a genuine Business Partner, guiding the Directors on the firm's HR policies, processes and strategy.

The firm's Sydney office is based in the CBD, and there are four other offices nationally. The management team are looking for a new HR Manager who will fit in well with the firm's brand. About you You will: offer a successful track record in a hands-on generalist Human Resources position within the professional services, financial services or related sectors. (Law firm experience is ideal); have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including working with recruiters, interviewing, reference checking and onboarding; be happy to work in a stand-alone, generalist HR role, with responsibility for the whole HR function from admin through to policy and strategy; offer strong planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Tertiary qualifications would also be highly regarded. Why apply?
