Job no: 595430 Work type: Full time - Continuing/Permanent Categories: Administration and Executive Support, Project Management Full-time, ongoing position Salary Level HEW 8 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the City campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University About You Reporting to the Associate Director, Program Lifecycle and Governance, you will have strong project coordination experience to support the development of high-quality programs and courses for STEM College at RMIT. This will include the provision of project support and guidance for program development; monitoring of quality and compliance requirements and development of processes to support efficiency and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with and influence internal and external stakeholders as required to support the implementation of the College and its School’s initiatives and continuous improvement of program quality.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have, but not limited to: Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise work and lead multiple projects within tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret a complex range of information and to address and make recommendations to senior leaders. Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of new products/policies/processes across a large organisation.
Demonstrated capacity to advise and support staff in the interpretation and implementation of policies, benchmarks and frameworks. Proven interpersonal and professional communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels and influence change. Demonstrated ability to review and interpret key policies and frameworks such as TEQSA or other government and regulatory policies.
Knowledge and experience in working within the Higher Education sector in Australia is desirable but not essential.
