About the role Responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office department and the hotel, acting as the management representative for the hotel to ensure complete guest and patron satisfaction Thoroughly investigate safety, security and emergency matters, guest issues and room and account discrepancies Assist the Front Office Manager in training staff according to the Courtyard standards of front office Coach, lead and mentor associates to deliver exceptional service Maintain a positive work atmosphere Drive Front Office KPIâs such as upselling and loyalty enrolments What we are looking for Previous Front Office experience in a Supervisor or Manager position within a hotel environment Experience with OPERA property management system is highly desirable Excellent time management, managerial and organizational skills Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and overnights Permanent resident or unlimited working rights in Australia Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
