Our client, a world leader in Engineering solutions, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team in Rowville on a casual basis to cover a maternity leave role with full time hours on offer. Reporting into the Sales Director, this role provides vital support to sales, field service and accounts team. Duties will include Invoicing customers and Invoice follow up, maintaining debtors and chasing overdue payments, arranging supplier payment files, assisting with sales processes, general office administration, including organising stationery and booking meetings and ad-hoc duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will display your Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable experience, and ideally your IFS experience. You will have excellent attention to detail skills and be intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft office suite. You will be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and be task oriented with a can-do attitude.
