The role This is a detailed orientated role that is focused on ensuring our online presence is representative of our brand ethos & that we are evolving our online presence alongside the current mission & vision.
This role requires you to have an advanced understanding of a holistic yoga practice. Criteria required to be considered for this role: Design & oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email & display advertising campaigns. Develop & monitor marketing campaign budgets.
Plan & manage our social media platforms. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. Coordinate with advertising & media experts to improve marketing results.
Identify & analyze the latest trends, data & technologies affecting our industry & providing advice on marketing strategies. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, & target audience. Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm new & innovative growth strategies.
Oversee & manage all contests, giveaways & other digital projects. Facilitates meetings Skills Required Detailed orientated & highly organized Min 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist with a bachelor degree or higher Creative thinker & writer with impeccable language & grammar skills. Aware of internal & external customer needs.
Minimum 200 YTT/ 2 yrs teaching yoga (preferrable but not essential).
