This role reports to the Operational Implementation Lead focusing on coordinating the project administrative processes in relation to the Operations workstream for the new CA program. The role is responsible for organising activities such Transition & Operations Team briefings, coordination of required transition and operations documentation and supporting the workstream in achieving project milestones. The Opportunity Coordination support for the Transition and Operations project workstream team meetings Assisting in drafting project workstream reports as and when required Working collaboratively with other CAX (new CA Program) workstreams to coordinate working groups Assisting with the management of project risk, issues, and dependency registers Supporting the project through effective administration of systems/tools including Teams/SharePoint Providing project coordination support to the Operational Implementation Lead and the wider project workstream team As required assistance in completing discreet pieces of work within the scope of the Transition and Operations workstream Great To have 2 years of Team coordination/ Admin experience Experience with assisting with project documentation Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint) An ability to collaborate across organisational teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience influencing key stakeholders Knowledge of educational products - desire Experience in operationalisation projects - desire Position Description For further details, please refer to the attached Job Description or visit Chartered Accountants ANZ career website https://www.
