Sales Support Administrator


Permanent opportunity available for an experienced Administrator. Shipping/export knowledge is advantageous. Your new company Our client is an industry-leading manufacturing organization that specializes in providing quality products and solutions.

They are currently in search of an experienced, hands-on Administrator who will become an integral part of their organization as they go through continuous growth. Your new role In this role, you will be responsible for supporting with any administration involved in the cycle of order fulfilment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Liaising with relevant stakeholders via phone, email and in person Responding to customer queries in a professional and positive manner Entering customer orders into the system and creating/processing invoices Preparing shipping/export documentation Receipting, payment reconciliation and reporting Maintaining up-to-date vendor records and customer information in the database Working closely with sales and production departments to ensure information flows Keeping customers updated with regards to their order status and delivery schedules Other general administrative and office maintenance duties as required What you'll need to succeed As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate a high degree of initiative, with previous experience in a similar role.

You will be highly organized, with a 'can do' attitude to wear multiple hats where required to support the team. As a skilled multi-tasker and effective team player, you will display exceptional communication skills, excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail. Shipping knowledge or experience working within a shipping/logistics/export business would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
