Develop and drive online content and digital strategies to de-stigmatise attitudes towards mental illness Your new company This national not-for-profit organisation focused on mental health training and research. They develop courses, and train instructors to deliver these courses to their communities or workplaces. Your new role The Digital Content Coordinator plays an integral role within the business by working on a number of digital marketing campaigns.
This role is accountable for assisting in the development of the online awareness and growth of the organisation through SEO, content writing, and creating effective digital strategies. Key responsibilities: Create engaging daily content across social media channels and implement changes to their website Create email marketing campaigns and updates to deliver organisational priorities Coordinating paid lead generation campaigns such as LinkedIn and Google Ads Graphic design for web and digital marketing Use social media reporting and insights to drive continued improvement and digital content development Work closely with external digital agency to deliver approved plans and actions, including monthly work in progress and planning meetings Management of all online messages and responding to online comments in line with the organisation's values and priorities Ensure consistent and brand-aligned messaging across all online communications touch points Other duties as directed by the Marketing and Communications Manager What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in content writing and creative development Experience in a similar digital and social media content role Proficient in the use of design tools including Indesign, Photoshop and Canva or similar Experience in planning, organising and delivering work priorities Experience working across multiple social and other online platforms Experience working on the web platform WordPress Good interpersonal, written, oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and relate well to staff, internal and external stakeholders Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word and Excel Working knowledge of article (blog post) writing and publishing and SEO optimisation Degree Diploma in Marketing or Communications or similar A full unrestricted Australian work permit or visa What you'll get in return An exciting and rare permanent opportunity for a Digital Content Marketing professional to join a National Mental Health organisation.
