Embedding Construct NSW – Project roles Several exciting opportunities have arisen to join a newly formed team that is supporting the delivery of a key DCS Greenhouse Program – Embedding Construct NSW within the Better Regulation Division (BRD). This program of work delivers and connects BRD and the Office of the Building Commissioner’s key activities to support the transformation of Better Regulation into a modern, proactive, and risk-based regulator.
Temporary opportunities for up to 12 months Program Manager, Embedding Construct NSW Clerk Grade 11/12 – Business Operations, Performance and Assurance ($128,089 - $148,134) superannuation Gosford or Parramatta location Are you a passionate PM with a positive and can-do approach to all you do? Then this role is for you…. With responsibility for overall program coordination including planning, governance, reporting and risk management. You will work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and bring your extensive project management experience and ability to engage, influence and negotiate successful outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have: • A passion for driving culture change and supporting our people to embed processes across BRD by designing and delivering innovative solutions that optimise outcomes and contribute to best practice project management principles • Experience leading the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects, identifying interdependencies, and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation outcomes • Ability to prepare business cases, project plans, schedules, presentations and establish appropriate governance, identify and manage resources, and meet reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and quality standards • Excellent people skills and the ability to lead, coach, manage and support project staff to deliver key project milestones and outcomes • An innate ability to build and maintain positive and trusted stakeholder relationships through the provision of expert advice, effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and project deliverables are met For further information or to discuss your suitability for the role, please contact Melayne Williamson, Director Business Operations, Performance and Assurance on 0488212053 or arrange a time by email melayne.williamsoncustomerservice.nsw.
