Employment Type : Permanent Full Time Position Classification : Health Manager Level 3 Remuneration : $114,076 - $130,046 per annum Hours Per Week : 38 Requisition ID : REQ206741   Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to join our STrIDeS team at Croydon Health Centre   Do you have tertiary qualifications in a relevant health discipline or equivalent work experience, with skills and experience in effectively managing a multidisciplinary community health service?   The Specialist Intellectual Disability Health Team Sydney (STrIDeS) is a multidisciplinary team established in 2020 with Ministry of Health funding enhancement to improve health services and outcomes for people with intellectual disability (PWID) across the lifespan. It delivers comprehensive clinical assessment services for PWID with complex and unmet health needs and builds capacity in the mainstream health services across SLHD and the Primary Health Network (PHN). A partnership with Western Sydney LHD (WSLHD) supports service delivery and capacity building within that district and as part of a statewide network of teams.

  The Program Manager STrIDeS will lead projects and activities related to the improvement of health services and outcomes for people with intellectual disability (PWID) across the lifespan, and provide operational management of the team, reporting to the STrIDeS Clinical Lead, and through that position to the Director Community Paediatrics.
