Where you&39;ll be working: The Maitland Hospital has recently upgraded their acute care service with a Level 4 Intensive Care Unit, with plans transfer to a new local site in 2022.
Our ICU is funded for 6 beds and is growing as an ICU in proving multidisciplinary care for patients requiring ICU support for a range of health issues. This role will see you delivering quality, efficient and effective person centred care which meets the needs of the patients and their families or carers. Opportunities for further education, post graduate studies and training in relevant courses is well supported in our ICU with a full time Clinical Nurse Educator and a Professional Development Pathway to assist you in achieving your career goals in a critical care environment.
