Employment Type : Permanent Full Time Position Classification : Administration Officer Level 4 Remuneration : $63,408.44 - $64,936.23 per annum Hours Per Week : 38 Requisition ID : REQ209131 Administration Officer Gender Service - John Hunter Children&39;s Hospital The Gender Service is a newly established state wide service aimed at providing sensitive and supportive care to clients and their families.
The service will consist of a multi-disciplinary team working from a standalone clinic located in Hamilton. About the role: The successful candidate will report to and support the service manager whilst working alongside a small administrative team. Your experience and knowledge in the health sector will assist in the coordination of gender service clinics.
Orientation and training will be provided on commencement supported by Gender Services Team and Clerical Manager. About you: You will possess organisational skills with an attention to detail which will facilitate the delivery of high level administration support to the management team. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the target audience.
This position requires the successful applicant to have an understanding of the needs of trans and gender diverse clients.
