Previous experience in an acute care setting or an Operating Theatre. Demonstrated experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and the ability to organise and prioritise work demands within required timeframes. Sound knowledge and practical application/commitment to understanding of risk management, safety and quality principles and the role of the Wardsperson in applying these principles.
