About the opportunity Western NSW LHD has been chosen as a ‘pilot’ district for the Professional Development Process for PGY3-5 Non-Specialist Doctors under the Hospital Non-Specialist Program (HNSP). The Administration Officer for the pilot District will liaise with the Director, Supervisor and PGY3-5 Non-Specialist Doctors to assess the feasibility of implementing and monitoring Education and Professional Development Plans (PDPs) for this cohort of doctors.
This project will be working under the Medical Workforce team and will liaise with the Director HNSP, Training Supervisors and PGY3-5 non-specialist doctors to assist with developing educational and training activities and the development of PDPs. This position can be based in either Dubbo or Orange Health Service.
