The Director, Educational Leadership role provides differentiated line management support to principals in their pivotal responsibility for leading and managing their school. The role works with the Principal to ensure evidence-based decision-making is focused on improving student progress and achievement by improving the quality of teachers and through effective school planning, self-assessment and change management processes.
