Candidates who have completed a degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health (Djirruwang Program) may be appointed as a Counsellor Level 1/2. HNE Mental Health Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Professional to join the team at Moree Community Health Service on a permanent full-time basis.
The dedicated team at Moree Community Health Service provide a high quality evidence based clinical service consisting of assessment, care co-ordination, intervention, liaison and review for adults and their family and carers referred to the service with a mental illness or disorder. As a Mental Health Professional, you will provide efficient and effective assessment and care coordination services for people experiencing mental health concerns and their families and carers. The successful candidate will be passionate about the local community, enjoy working in collaboration with key stakeholders and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Moree is a strong and vibrant rural community located in the beautiful Gwydir Valley in northwest NSW. Known for its hot artesian springs, sourced naturally from deep inside the Great Artesian Basin, Moree is also known for it’s local shops, country pubs and farming landscape. Job share arrangements will be considered.
