Completions & Commissioning Administrator
LNG GroupWe currently require a Completions & Commissioning Admin to join a team working on a large scale iron ore project. This is a site-based role on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) roster of 2:1. The contract will run til December 2021 with the view to extend depending on project needs.
Duties, while not limited to, will include: Overseeing the scope in CCMS and providing support for the focal points Compiling turnover/handover documents Liaising with contractors & engineers for data management Coordination of completions and handover tasks such as Punch List close outs, ITRs, punch walk downs, and cert sign offs Experience required: 3 years of relevant experience in a construction/commissioning start-up and handover team, including the duties above Previous exposure to the following programs: Continuum Edge, Smart Completions, and/or Hexagons Smart Completions Proven record with internal and external stakeholders To be considered, you must possess the following: Valid working rights in Australia Able to pass a medical and obtain a police clearance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to go above-and-beyond, in a very fast paced environment, and unique culture If you possess relevant experience and are available for a new opportunity, please submit your resume by clicking APPLY.
