Reporting to the VP of Customer Success the purpose of this role is to drive customer engagement , provide support to and expand profitable revenue from existing blue chip corporate customers., having ultimate responsibility for the successful growth and retention of their portfolio of allocated accounts. What you will be doing As the Senior Key Account Manager you · Manage all of the interactions with the allocated suite of customer accounts · Identify opportunities to deepen their usage and engagement with the company platform and portfolio · Conduct annual review meetings and develop a plan of upsell revenue with these customers · Develop and maintain outstanding commercial relationships with all customer contacts · Develop and deep understanding of all of the company's offerings to be able to communicate these at a high customer level · Ensure that all day to requirements of customer needs by all internal departments · Manage financials and customer contracts The Senior Key Account Manager will have: · Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a Business · Proven experience and success in a Senior Customer Success function ideally within the services industry · Experiencing in forming outstanding customer relationships at senior level · High level of commercial and financial acumen · A sound knowledge of marketing principles, ideally from a digital perspective · Outstanding presentation and communication skills · Be ambitious and fast thinking How to move forward To register your interest in this position, please send your resume in Word Format to Chorus Executive.
