Immediate start Fixed term or Temporary contract Both WFH and Spring St Office The Organisation: Our client is a state authority who helps resolve workers compensation disputes in Victoria between workers, employers, WorkCover agents and self-insurers. About the role: Become a member of the people and culture team, as the primary contact regarding matters associated with Covid-19 protocols including questions and concerns relating to the return to the office. Responsibilities: Ensure all employees have completed the mandatory training before returning to the office Stakeholder relationships are paramount to ensuring all the protocols are adhered to Prepare weekly reports for management and committees Ensure employees are updated on any COVID-19 related changes Skills & Experience: Strong administration and experience with multiple systems Understanding around Covid-19 return to work plans and protocols Proven ability to problem solving issues quickly and confidently as they arrive Excellent stakeholder management and influential abilities The Next Step: If you meet the brief of this role and are keen to proceed, please apply below in WORD format.
