Senior Construction Project Manager - Client Side
Redpath PartnersRedpath are working closely with a leading real estate debt and investment specialist who backs head contractors financially across various projects. There is a need for a Senior Project Manager to who has the ability to conduct site visits, communicate with the builders/developers regarding any underlying issues and engage problem solving skills to address issues as they arise on site. The job will involve a mix of on-site and in the office work, and the successful candidate will be engaged across a wide range of activities.
Key Tasks: Communicating with builders / developers regarding any underlying site issues Preparing fortnightly and monthly reports for all loans Identifying any potential risks/ project variations Holding PCG meetings (when required) Forecasting payments and flagging any potential variations to the Credit Committee Managing the Construction Funding Loan Book Working closely with builders to ensure funds are deployed appropriately to pay subcontractors Have excellent interpersonal skills If you feel you are right please apply now or email kelvinredpathpartners.com.
