About us: Aspect Personnel is an established recruitment agency, specialising in engineering, architecture & design, construction & property and town planning sectors across Victoria. As our clients are returning to the office, we have had an increase in short-term temporary roles. We are now looking to grow our register of excellent temporary candidates We are seeking flexible and motivated Receptionists and Administrators for short-, medium- and long-term assignments mainly located in the CBD and inner suburbs.
What do you need to succeed? Those with recent Reception/ Administration experience within Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Property will be highly regarded due to the familiarity of clients and processes within these businesses. Temporary roles often come up on a short notice, therefore we are looking for candidates who are immediately available. You have to be available for at least 3 months and be comfortable supporting a variety of clients, due to the typical length of assignments being shorter term.
