The Program Delivery team is responsible for supporting the implementation of critical Group-wide risk and simplification programs, strengthening the bank’s ability to effectively deliver major programs of work, including supporting ongoing Customer Remediation program deliverables. This newly created position will elevate the Group’s focus on Customer Remediation project governance and delivery. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Customer Remediation, you’ll lead the team integral to the project management, process optimisation and delivery services across all Advice Remediation programs.

The role will champion and drive a continuous improvement mindset that supports the strengthening of the delivery capability of CRT and the Group. A key part of the role will be to guide the successful delivery of programs and projects, supporting the Leadership Team and Program Delivery leads to execute effectively and efficiently to deliver the best customer outcomes. Your impact will strengthen capabilities that comprehensively manage program delivery consistent with set milestones, timelines and budgets, while proactively managing delivery risks and end-to-end interdependencies across streams.

We’re looking for a senior people leader who brings a strong track record in delivering large complex projects and organisational change in response to business transformation or regulatory change initiatives. You are a leader who can navigate through ambiguity, delivering greater clarity from experience gained in process simplification, business acumen, leadership, change management and project management experience. Ultimately, you determine the optimal approach in project/initiative execution.
