The CFS Performance and Reward Team will partner with the CFS business and HR to provide expert advice on remuneration and performance in line with the business strategy and regulatory requirements. This role will support the Colonial First State (CFS) business during a significant change as it separates from CBA and stands up its own separate HR team as part of the divestment. Do work that matters: The Remuneration Specialist is a new role responsible for working with the Head of Performance and Remuneration to develop and implement activities with a strong focus on employee remuneration, executive remuneration, performance management, remuneration administration and compliance with regulatory practices.
The role will report to the Head of Performance & Reward and will be responsible but not limited to the following duties: Develop and implement remuneration and performance approaches, policies, and practice in line with the people strategy and the business strategy. Partner across the people team to support development and implementation of key remuneration and performance initiatives in the areas of employee remuneration, executive remuneration, performance management, remuneration administration and compliance with regulatory practices. Manage role compliance requirements for KMPs and RPs Work with external suppliers to deploy remuneration activities to support the rem strategy Run the annual performance process in conjunction with the Head of HR Program manage key remuneration activities to ensure successful implementation across the business Engage across the people team and the business to implement OD practices through collaboratively designing solutions that add value to the business and are commercially achievable and sustainable.
