Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent

Looking for a RE professional with previous commercial sales or BDM experience Highland Property Agents is Sutherland Shire's most highly respected and innovative real estate agency. Established since 2007 with just 6 team members, we are now based in the Sutherland Shire and St George with 120 staff and 3 thriving offices based in Cronulla, Sutherland and Taren Point. We have an exciting opportunity within our Commercial team for someone with previous sales and leasing experience.

We are looking for a high energy, confident and target orientated candidate who can work well under pressure to join our Sales Team as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent.

This is a full time position working within a very fast paced environment within a young, passionate and determined team. Key responsibilities Identifying and proactively seek commercial business Ability to identify and convert sales opportunities into managements Confidently negotiate leases and renewals In-depth and detailed understanding of portfolio management Contract management Arrears management Maintain your understanding of the local market and pricing, as well as up to date knowledge of the industry Conducting outgoing/ ingoing inspections Organising maintenance requests Industry compliance Manage and liaise with new and existing clients Create business opportunities Administration & reporting, including strategy plans, budgeting and financial transactions Preparing building & tenancy reports for the Lessor Working alongside our Commercial Sales team to maximise all business opportunities Working alongside our Commercial PM team to maximise the client service, engagement and relationships Required for this role Must have commercial sales & leasing experience A proven track record of managing a commercial portfolio Immaculate presentation Excellent client liaison skills Strong administration background Exceptional written and verbal communication Driven and proactive sales focus Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives Be able to establish growth of a new business opportunity Strong customer service orientation and a vested interest in working as a team Relationship management skills Self-driven and motivated Certificate of Registration Strong determination and KPI driven Experience with Rest & inspect re an advantage Must be passionate about a career in the commercial sector If you have the experience and passion to succeed within this position, and want to be apart of an award winning agency - please apply immediately.
