Due to our exceptional growth within our Project Sales division – we are now in need of an experienced and passionate Project Sales and Site Acquisition Agent who has the experience and network to complement our existing growth.
Your responsibility will be to unearth development opportunities, nurture developer/vendor relationships, and manage projects from post-acquisition phase right up until pre-construction. Our office is full of positive energy, proactive and career driven staff that support each other. We are very big on reward, acknowledgement and social events to build team moral and bonding.
Duties including but not limited to: Selling development sites Gaining referrals and building pipelines Canvasing to residential home owners, commercial shop owners and development upsites Researching zoning maps Selling DA approved sites Listing new projects – which are passed across to our off the plan sales team Pitch the development sites Liaise with developers, building and maintaining strong business relationships Track record of high sales results (must be within real estate, project marketing and development sales) Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's Ability to build strong relationships with clientele Negotiations and contract preparation Ability to make big commission remuneration $$$$ Working with our in-house marketing team to achieve the desired outcome for each project and client Weekly and monthly sales and industry training What you need to be a success within this role; Must have a property qualification (License) Previous experience within Project Marketing/Site Acquisition Sales Project marketing and vendor management experience Strong organisational and planning skills Ability to prioritise tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines Strong personal presentation Willingness to learn and operate with a results focus Results orientated If this sounds like the ideal company, environment and job for you – then contact Nicci Hart immediately for a confidential discussion on 02 9523-4333 or hrteamhighlandproperty.com.au.
