Looking for an exceptional administrator to support one of our leading. Must be capable and confident to pick up the phone and generate leads from our ighland Property Agents is Sutherland Shire's most highly respected and innovative real estate agency. Established since 2007 with just 6 team members, we now have 90 staff and two thriving offices based in Cronulla and Sutherland.
Our projects division has been established for 6yrs within Highland Property Agents, and is going from strength to strength with opportunities and success throughout Greater Sydney. We have an exciting opportunity for someone with previous RE sales experience. We want a high energy and confident sales candidate who can work well under pressure to join our Project Development Sales Team as sales assistant to one of our senior agents and partner to the agency.
This is a full time position working within a very fast-paced environment. Our office is full of positive energy, proactive and career driven staff that support each other. We are very big on reward, acknowledgement and social events to build team moral and bonding.
Duties include, but not limited to: Supporting a senior agent in the Commercial and Development Site Team, with a main focus on industrial selling leasing Researching and assisting with the selling development sites Gaining referrals and building pipelines Canvasing to residential home owners, commercial shop owners and development upsites Researching zoning maps Researching and approaching DA approved sites Assisting current clients and developers Attending appraisals with the agent Attending sales training, sales meetings and company events General client management Listing new projects where possible Assist the agent in pitching for development sites Assist the agent with managing developers relationships Track record of sales experience (must be within real estate) Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's Ability to build strong relationships with clientele Support agent in negotiations and contract preparation Weekly and monthly sales and industry training Assisting with the research and creation of sales pitch presentations Managing adhoc administration, compliance and reporting for the agents Ability and confidence to pick up the phone and conduct sales calls and buyer appointments (using a script) to gain business Lead generation - warm and cold calling Managing diary and organising the preparation for external meetings In order to be successful in this role, you will need: Previous sales experience Previous Real Estate experience is highly preferable Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Must have an interest in sales – generating leads from existing database Attention to detail and follow up skills The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment Must be presentable Your application will be fast-tracked if you have the following: MUST HAVE a valid RE License Previous experience within the Rea....
