Your new role: Speech Pathologist – Graduate and Experienced roles available Employment Term: Full or Part Time Ongoing roles available Salary: $67,000-$120,000 plus Super Location: Bendigo Commencement Date: Wednesday 24th March, 2021 As a therapist engaging with participants across the lifespan, you will work within your scope of practice to achieve the below outcomes: Develop, plan and conduct therapy sessions within the participants in the social model – both face to face and online. Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures, and discuss outcomes with participants, family and key stakeholders. Prepare full, accurate and timely reports that will assist in future planning and recommendation strategies.
Regular scheduled mentoring sessions both team and one to one Weekly team meetings in the hub – Get to know the team and build wonderful working relationships. Identify the facilitators and barriers within a person's environment (attitudinal, social and physical) with meaningful and impactful goals. What is in in for you?
